Bio

Dr. Shuck-Lee is a 1996 graduate of the Auburn University College of Veterinary Medicine. In addition to a DVM, she holds an undergraduate degree in microbiology from Auburn University, a doctorate degree in virology from the University of Virginia, and a certificate in aquaculture and fish health from the University of Florida. Dr. Shuck-Lee is a Diplomat of the American College of Veterinary Preventative Medicine and has experience with small and exotic animal practice. She is a AAFP Certified Feline Friendly Veterinarian. Originally from Huntsville, Alabama, Dr. Shuck-Lee has lived in many locations with her family as an officer in the U.S. Army Veterinary Corps. Now retired from service, she resides in Hampstead with her husband Robert, son Joshua, and a menagerie of pets including cats, dogs, guinea pigs, budgies, many reptiles, and amphibians. She enjoys gardening, music, photography, yoga, kayaking, and swimming.
